As we hurtle towards to end of another year, take a moment to reflect upon time passed.

"Your time" - each minute of every day throughout the year has been working with your sub conscious to deliver to you the life you are living.   Creating for you in reality, a life based upon your deeply held self beliefs.  

What have those self beliefs created for you this past year?
What could you change about your self beliefs so as to change the direction of your life in 2016 or are you satisfied with what you have created?

Ask of yourself;

If you have achieved all that you set out to achieve and are fulfilled, then your self beliefs have delivered to you the textural riches you believe you are worthy of experiencing. Time to celebrate your life.

If you are feeling small, restricted, frustrated, sad or dissatisfied, then it is time to look at what you believe about yourself and take steps to change those self perceptions so that you may create abundance and light in all areas of your life.  

It CAN be done. 

The time to start is now, in every thought you think, every emotion you feel and every action you take in every minute of every day, be kind to yourself, appreciate yourself, laugh and see the Joy of you.  

Set your intent for the year, set your intent for each day and create the affirmations that will train your sub conscious into creating for you the life you seek to live.

  • Am I living the life I desired or wished for myself?
  • Do I accept myself in how I have lived my life in this year? 
  • Have I achieved, developed, changed or progressed as I intended?
  • Am I living in abundance on all levels of my being or coming from a point of lack?
