I first had a reading with Mel in which she pinpointed areas of my life I was blocked and stagnating. When you accept that everything that occurs, occurs for a purpose and as you collaborate with that purpose all evolves beautifully in alignment so that the things that you are seeking, you will find.
When odd things occur, the first question to ask yourself is "Why is this occurring, what is the message"? Do not attach to what matters physically, but to what matters Spiritually.
You are never given what you cannot handle.
Whenever there are challenges, the first question to ask yourself is " What is this for me to learn"?
Do not allow yourself to be knocked over and become a victim.
As you walk through life you are given lesson to learn from and obstacle to overcome. Learn not to attach to these Obstacles emotionally, but to detach from emotion so as to view the challenge from a perspective of what it is you are meant to learn.
Each challenge gives you the skills, insights and experience to enable you to fulfil your purpose. Accept this and work with it so that you learn the lessons quickly and move forward instead of having to create multiple opportunities to learn those lessons.
Your imaginings may seem foolish. To be poor and lonely and imagining yourself wealthy and admired seems foolish.
But it rejuvenates your mind and spirit and begins to draw to you whatever is possible in the world of facts that you know.
No matter what your current situation is, the answers lie within your own aspirations and abilities.
Because your imagination transcends time, it is one of your GREATEST touchstones to your own identity.
Physical reality springs from the imagination which follows the path of your beliefs.
As you go along with your life, understand that you form your experience.
Be courageous and commence to imagine into reality the life you wish to experience.

You are the living picture of yourself.
You project what you thing you are outwards into flesh.
Your feelings, conscious and unconscious thoughts all alter and form the physical image.
Events that happen to you are initiated by you, within your mental inner environment.
Exterior events are living feedback.
You are what happens to you.
You make your own reality.
The self is not limited.
Your environment is the physical picture of your thoughts,emotions and beliefs made visible.
The conscious mind sets goals -the inner self brings them about.
In your mind see probable abilities or events taking place and as you do, the intensity of your desire brings them into your experience.
Your experience is a result of your beliefs.
If we can focus our energy on identifying and understanding the source of our own inner self beliefs and perceptions, we can change the future.
You can change the picture of your life at any one time if you realise that it is simply the one portrait of yourself that you have created from an unlimited amount of probable ones.
Concentration upon a present unhealthy situation will only prolong it.
The past has moments of joy, strength, anxiety, turmoil and your present convictions will act like a magnet, activating all such past issues. You will choose from your previous experiences all of those events which reinforce your conscious beliefs.
The joining of past and present predisposes you to similar future events.
Present beliefs govern the actualisation of events. Creativity and experience are being formed moment by moment by each of us.
The PRESENT equals the POINT OF POWER.
The PRESENT equals that point at which you select your physical experience from those that could materialise.
Physical circumstances change automatically as beliefs do.
You are not at the mercy of the past unless you believe you are.
When trying to alter your beliefs, look through the past with new conceptions in mind. For example, if you are ill, remember when you were not.
As soon as you begin to act upon new beliefs the better.
You perform habitually in certain manners as a result of your beliefs. If you willingly change some of those habits then you are getting the message across. It means changing your viewpoint, the perspective with which you view your past and present and imagine your future.
Look within your self for evidence of what you want in terms of positive experiences.
For 5 - 10 minutes,concentrate on the fact that the power point is now and direct all of your attention towards what you want.
Use visualisation or verbal thought - concentrate upon your desire.
Use all of your energy and attention - then forget about it.
Behave physically once a day in line with your desire that shows you have faith in what you are doing. For example, if you are feeling lonely, smile at someone.
Your beliefs act as a Hypnotist. "I create my reality and the present is my point of power".
For 5-10 minutes a day, use natural Hypnosis as a method of accepting desired new beliefs.
Concentrate attention as vividly as possible upon one simple statement.
Repeat it over and over while focussing upon it.
Try to feel the statement in whatever way is possible.
The repetition is important as it activates biological patterns and reflects them.
3 days are needed before you can see results. You may need to change the wording and when you feel right about the statement, continue.
Do you sacrifice degrees of your own happiness, comfort or time to ensure that your husband, wife or partner is happy, calm and looked after?
Do you put other people's wants and needs before your own and feel that it is your role to self sacrifice so that others may thrive?
Do you never expect to receive praise, compliments or even a thank you for your sacrifices? And when you are told that you are not good enough in some way, you always believe that you are not?
If this describes you, then consider that your personality and sense of duty / responsibility in caring for others identifies you as a Rescuer. You may also be a Healer which means double trouble,
I was told once that I had rescued the wrong stray dog and it was a truth . One that I had not seen because I was so busy sacrificing and rescuing that I did not consider it was my personality that placed me in a position of such vulnerability - where the stray dog was in a position to maul me.
I sat with a client recently who said they had tried to commit suicide twice and were desperate. That they wanted to die. They connected with Spirit and were shown the bigger picture. They came to realise that they were a Rescuer. That they were not useless, wrong, pathetic, unworthy or stupid as they had been told repeatedly by their partner and were shown various ways to step out of emotion so as to start to regain control over their lives.
The journey to reclaiming their life has commenced. There will be many little steps along the way but each step will take them further and further away from the dark and their desperation. They found a will to live and set their intent to take action.
When we recognise the energy of who we be and accept it, we can then understand how and why circumstances develop so that we can then make a conscious decision to change.
There are lessons that we each have set for ourselves so patterns may never be repeated. Some are extremely hard lessons because we may not have learned our lessons the first time....so we continue to create opportunities to learn the lessons in order to move forward.
There is much that Spirit can teach you as you navigate your plan and path.
