BEING SAFE IN MEDITATION

When we are feeling stressed in our lives it is often recommended by professionals that we "meditate", that we adopt "mindfulness practices" so as to learn to calm nerves and anxiety, moderate breathing, focus energy and release stress.

I agree.  Meditation is effective in achieving all of these things and there are many circumstances that I personally have been able to endure if not survive due to practicing meditation.

I was taught by Spirit how to ensure that when I go into a meditation, I have a safe and protected sacred space and that I will alway return and not float away or be vulnerable to negative energies seeking to do harm.  I have been given steps, or protocols that I was informed I needed to follow absolutely in order to create and maintain this protected space.  I worked with Helen, a renowned Channel of JTB to be guided into and out of remarkable meditations until I was confident that I was doing things "correctly".

I now work with clients to teach them these simple and effective steps and protocols.

Evidence of the importance of protection can be illustrated through a recent situation where I was contacted for assistance.  It appeared that a negative entity had stepped into the body of a lady who was "stressed" and had decided to try "meditation" to alleviate it.

When she came out of the meditation she was seemingly mad.  She wailed and wailed, deep and harrowingly.  She had not slept for three days.  She allowed her dogs to attack her sheep, she asked to be taken to the beach so as to be "clean",  she asked to take her animals to the beach so they could be drowned.  

Such a sudden change in behaviour is immensely disturbing for family and her brother called seeking assistance.  He did not know what was occurring and although  I could not assist, I was able to make a referral.

​This is a situation where she was not protected and her energy field was wide open.

People are being guided to mediate without being given tools to protect themselves appropriately.  Learn how to protect your energy fields and form a safe space.

I have created a little handbook with the simple steps given by Spirit which is available for purchase.  I have also developed a short course with a guided meditation.

Whether you utilise the materials that I have created or not, do ensure that you learn how to protect your energy fields.

I always meditate whenever I'm sad or stressed in life. It's my way of escaping my personal problems. Meditation is the key to leading a much more peaceful life. You get to clear your mind from all of the toxic things in your life. It's the best solution to having a much better understanding on what your purpose in life is.
