GOOD DAYS AND BAD DAYS

Working with my clients over time, I see the effect of how they deal with difficult, challenging or unusual situations occurring within their lives being directly reflected within their sense of well-being and equilibrium.  Unexpected, stressful or confronting challenges often see them reacting purely from an emotional perspective causing them to fall out of balance with self.  Out of alignment with their soul and questioning themselves. Becoming a victim to the circumstances flowing around them rather than stepping out of the emotion to create a space, to see things clearly and respond in a manner that creates a positive path through the mist.

It is during such stressful times that people seek assurance from Spirit that all is well, that things will even out and they will be able to cope, to manage and to see their way through. Having such a connection with Spirit when experiencing imbalance is very valuable.

Spirit teaches my clients to understand themselves and why they chose to react rather than respond to stress and why they step into victimhood and allow themselves to be at the mercy of their emotions. They lead them to a point of comprehension so that they are able to discern when they are stepping into emotion and consciously choose to step out, into the mind to create clarity for themselves.  It is being able to accept that reacting emotionally is a pattern, a habit.  A pattern that can be changed so the emotions stop being volatile, stop creating negative thoughts and playing havoc with self confidence and decision making.  

Spirit teaches you skills so that you may develop your understanding and move forward.

Life can get on top of all of us at times and we question what we have done to be experiencing such trauma or difficulty.  When we are robbed, our cars stolen, our sense of safety invaded, our jobs threatened, our health challenged - what are we doing or have done to create these challenges?

It is during such times that utilising our skills to return to balance, to focus our energy and slow down to create space in our minds, to consciously choose to control our emotions and not become victims of ourselves become invaluable tools to enable us to cope and over come.  To search so as to  find positive and success outcomes within any challenging situation. To use our knowing that all will be well, to take the steps that we can to create positive outcomes and allow Spirit to work with us in partnership.

A client contacted me recently to speak with Spirit because she had been robbed, her car stolen and her sense of safety challenged.  She was asking for guidance.  

She was given guidance, direction and homework.  Homework to assist her in understanding her energy, her patterns and to manifest positively within her life.

Spirit is practical and works with you to see yourself clearly and to provide tools to help you reach your full potential. To enable you to learn what you need to learn.

You created your soul plan.  You created your challenges because you need to learn something.  

​In the challenge comes the learning.  So best to have a good set of tools and skills to learn quickly and move on.

ASKING

Have you even reached a point in your life where you were in a seemingly hopeless situation?  No matter how much time and energy you expended thinking, you had run our of ideas, could see no way through and  thought to yourself, " I give up. I have done all that I can, the best I can."

When we reach this point, when we have been conversing with ourselves and looking at the circumstance over and over and still cannot find a pathway or an answer or an idea - and when we acknowledge that we give up, of thinking that there is no point because no solution can be seen, it is time to stop, sit and focus so as to create a little space in our minds to step out of a sense of hopelessness. Even if it is for a moment for that will allow our minds to have a rest and break the escalating cycle of emotion. 

As soon as we allow a sense of helplessness to assume control of our thoughts, we become a victim.  We are at 
the mercy of our emotions and our circumstances and we give control of our destiny to the extremes of emotion we are experiencing which has the potential to lead us down a path towards depression.

  • Recognition of what is occurring enables change.
  • Acceptance of the cycle of blame enables the end of self punishment.
  • Awareness of the effect emotional energy has on the ability to think clearly and make logical decisions enables one to step out of the emotional body and into the mental body.
  • Letting go of fear and asking for assistance enables problems to be solved.  

Do not allow fear and self blame to imprison you.  

Focus your energy on finding solutions. Energy flows where you place your focus.  If you focus your energy on lack, you will create more of it.  If you focus your energy on finding solutions, your energy can work with you to achieve this.

TO CONSIDER

FEAR

What you FEAR, you manifest.
Whatever we concentrate on, increases, so if you concentrate on lack, you will create more lack.
Move away from the negative and place attention on what you really do want to be or to have.


GUILT

Guilt is a useless emotion.  
It never makes anyone feel better, nor does it change the situation.  

Guilt blocks creativity and sucks energy.

ACHIEVING

If you want to achieve anything, you must first be at one with who you are being.
If you are not at one with yourself, no matter what you are trying to do, there is going to be turmoil and difficulty.  
You have got to "be" calm.
 It is not enough to say "I feel calm".
