I have spent many years practicing various meditation styles and although I have enjoyed each of them, I did not feel any of them spoke to me on a soul level, until I saw Mel. Her ability to connect with others' personal energy allows her to understand the needs of each of her clients and she adjusts each meditation to suit their needs.

Jane came for a Channelled Reading with Spirit. Before I connected Jane to Spirit I felt her Energy - her Soul, Personality and Physical Energies and channelled information to her regarding all three and how they were interacting with each other.
Information gleaned from Jane's Energy Reading allowed me to personalise the Foundations for Meditation program so that Jane was able to quickly establish connection, remove blockages and release fear, frustration and anger so that she could be guided into a meditation to see and hear with clarity whilst within a safe sacred space.
Many people Meditate, however many do not follow the protocols to clear negative Energy, Ground and invoke Spiritual protection prior to entering a meditation. A time when we are all most vulnerable.
Spirit has provided very clear and simple steps to follow so as to ensure that before entering a meditation, a safe sacred space is created. These steps and a number of healing, breathing and meditation exercises are taught in the Foundations for Meditation short course which may be undertaken through personal sessions held in Townsville, Skype or phone.

When you accept that everything that occurs, occurs for a purpose and as you collaborate with that purpose all evolves beautifully in alignment so that the things that you are seeking, you will find.
When odd things occur, the first question to ask yourself is "Why is this occurring, what is the message"? Do not attach to what matters physically, but to what matters Spiritually.
You are never given what you cannot handle.
Whenever there are challenges, the first question to ask yourself is " What is this for me to learn"?
Do not allow yourself to be knocked over and become a victim.
As you walk through life you are given lesson to learn from and obstacle to overcome. Learn not to attach to these Obstacles emotionally, but to detach from emotion so as to view the challenge from a perspective of what it is you are meant to learn.
Each challenge gives you the skills, insights and experience to enable you to fulfil your purpose. Accept this and work with it so that you learn the lessons quickly and move forward instead of having to create multiple opportunities to learn those lessons.
