What are you grateful for and do you ever think about it?
When you reach a place of saying "I am grateful to be me and to be here, to be alive", it is significant for you have made a claim. A claim that you are grateful to be living.
You stand in the simplicity of being alive, of being you and claiming the magnificence of that experience. Through this claiming, you connect with your Essence.
By holding on to the gratitude of being alive, to have time on the planet, to experience all that you have come to experience and achieve all that is possible without limitations, you enable yourself to build the ability to create.
You do not then fall into feelings of "I am helpless", "I am hopeless, "I am alone" and "I cannot".
Whilst ever you hold that knowing of gratitude within you ALL of the time, you can create anything you wish, whatever you wish.
I sat in meditation with Master Lau-Tzu recently and he said something that was simple, yet beautiful.
I would like to share it with you.
Always see the future as an open window,
to allow the breeze to bring with it a tantalising scent,
a scent to nurture, enliven and illuminate the imaginings of possibilities.
When clouds enter the mind, they obscure the light.
Always look for the light within the clouds,
For by doing so, it focuses the mind and allows you to see clearly.
There are a multitude of characters and personalities in our world and the personal characteristics which we are born with and carry, which propel us, motivate us and define us, can be described through "archetypes".
The HEALER Archetype describes one who puts others needs ahead of their own, who takes responsibility for the well-being of others seriously, who is giving of themselves, their time, their heart, their compassion and who believe it is their role to support those around them. It is an innate belief, part of their being which is rarely questioned.
The Healer will often value themselves based on the amount of caring, giving and healing they perform for others.
Even if it is detrimental to themselves. Even if they become ill from carrying the load that others gladly give to them to carry on their behalf, they will continue to give of themselves before giving to themselves.
As a natural Healer, as they interact with people, they absorb onto their energy fields the energy of others that needs to be cleared and healed. They do this unconsciously to assist these ones because it is who they are and through this, they are meant to also learn about themselves. It is a lesson - a learning of how to manage this healing instinct and to consciously decide to care for and give to self first.
If this negative energy is not released, it remains within the Healers' energy field and over time, can grow dense and heavy. The Healer will start to feel very fatigued and muscles will ache.
It is therefore appropriate to protect their energy field from negative energies and to release negative energy daily so that lightness returns.
There will come a time when the Healer will need to look within to heal self, to nurture self, to put oneself first so that they may continue to heal others. If this internal review is not undertaken voluntarily, it will be forced upon them for they are a Healer for a purpose. First and foremost as a learning.
I am able to speak to this as I have experienced it - for I am the Archetype - "Healer". Caring for others, contributing to the well-being of patients as a Radiographer and blind to personal repercussions.
As an innate healer , I absorb the energies of others and from doing this over a long period of time, I found that my body felt heavy, my muscles ached and I grew very tired.
Spirit explained what was occurring and why, then taught me how to protect myself.
There are times even now where I will do a reading for a client or have a conversation with another and afterwards I suddenly become violently ill and nauseous - at times shaking and weak. Feeling absolutely dreadful, it is then that I know I have not protected my energy well enough, that I need to strengthen my protection, so I do. I have learned to release the negative and to protect myself. You can too.
Do you see yourself amongst these words?

I see with some of my clients that what Spirit teaches them is heard, yet not implemented consistently so the new energy they are seeking to create, is not always fully anchored.
Changing energy requires the forming of new habits, new perceptions and ways of being. Of practicing the exercises given by Spirit in daily life and using these exercise consistently so that a new foundation may be manifested upon which to stand.
Simple breathing and energy focussing exercises done twice daily can enable you to calm anxiety, detach from emotion and start to see clearly. Allowing yourself 5 minutes of time daily, can achieve profound change.
Simply exercises to protect energy fields can be practiced twice daily - again taking 5 minutes of time.
Sitting in meditation to visualise what it is you wish to manifest in your life, day dreaming, can change energy positively, very quickly.
Yet, when I ask if the exercises have been applied in this manner, I know they have not. There is no fault nor blame to be apportioned because it happens to all of us - we run out of time.
There is comfort in connecting with Spirit, with being given messages and answers yet to make significant long term changes in your lives, you need to work with Spirit and take the steps, one after the other, working together, to anchor intent and create the new energy.
Gift yourself 10 -20 minutes a day to sit in silence, to centre and to balance.
Do not view this time as an indulgence because it could actually save your life one day.
Allow yourself to receive this gift of time with joy, for you deserve it.
When is it the best time to make the decision to look after your own well - being, to place yourself first?
I will let you answer that question.
Often we have to be on our knees and desperate before we feel there is no choice but to start looking after self.
