I see with some of my clients that what Spirit teaches them is heard, yet not implemented consistently so the new energy they are seeking to create, is not always fully anchored.
Changing energy requires the forming of new habits, new perceptions and ways of being. Of practicing the exercises given by Spirit in daily life and using these exercise consistently so that a new foundation may be manifested upon which to stand.
Simple breathing and energy focussing exercises done twice daily can enable you to calm anxiety, detach from emotion and start to see clearly. Allowing yourself 5 minutes of time daily, can achieve profound change.
Simply exercises to protect energy fields can be practiced twice daily - again taking 5 minutes of time.
Sitting in meditation to visualise what it is you wish to manifest in your life, day dreaming, can change energy positively, very quickly.
Yet, when I ask if the exercises have been applied in this manner, I know they have not. There is no fault nor blame to be apportioned because it happens to all of us - we run out of time.
There is comfort in connecting with Spirit, with being given messages and answers yet to make significant long term changes in your lives, you need to work with Spirit and take the steps, one after the other, working together, to anchor intent and create the new energy.
Gift yourself 10 -20 minutes a day to sit in silence, to centre and to balance.
Do not view this time as an indulgence because it could actually save your life one day.
Allow yourself to receive this gift of time with joy, for you deserve it.
When is it the best time to make the decision to look after your own well - being, to place yourself first?
