By completing a Purchase Order, you are making an offer to purchase the Service or Product at the price set out on the Inner Voyages website. Payment must be made at the time of submitting the Purchase Order. Payment can be made by using PayPal or credit card.
The Purchase Order must be paid in full immediately upon entry into the Agreement.
All transactions are settled in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you areordering from outside Australia, and your bank account or credit card is held in a different currency, you can still order by credit card - your currency will automatically be converted to Australian Dollars when you complete the transaction.
The conversion rate varies from day to day with the current exchange rate. Many banks also charge a small currency conversion fee - contact your bank or credit provider for details. The secure credit card payment system option includes PayPal. Please read their Terms and conditions in regards security measures.
Orders placed within Australia or goods shipped to an Australain residence are subject to GST. Orders placed outside of Australia maybe subject to relevant taxes and duties applicable to the jurisdication from which the order was placed. These are the purchasers sole responsibility.
Inner Voyages delivers goods to most destinations around the world. Goods will be shipped within 3 days of payment. Orders are dispatched via Australia Post Registered Post and should be received in 3 - 5 Business days. Express post within Australia is available for $10. Please purchase this under the Shipping Options tab on the store. International orders usually take 10 days - 2 weeks dependent on destination and customs processing. International shipping is $20.00 for standard International Australia Post. If you would like to keep track of your order please purchase the International Post Tracking option under the Shipping Options tab on the online store.If you require International Express please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will inform you of the extra shipping costs.
If you have a change of mind we have a 7 day return policy where you can return your item for an exchange or store credit note. If you do have a change of mind please contact us at email@example.com within this 7 day period. You may return a faulty item for a full refund. You must contact us within 7 days at firstname.lastname@example.org with full details of why you wish to return the item and why you believe it is faulty. Photos would be useful. Once the faulty item is received back by us you will be offered a full refund or store credit. All refunds will be transfered back to the original payment method ie PayPal. ALL returns must be by a trackable or signed for delivery service ie Registered Post.
